Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour

Directions

  1. Mix all above ingredients to make a very thick batter. Drop by teaspoonful into hot oil or possibly shortening. Corn balls will turn over by themselves to cook thoroughly. When golden, remove from grease, drain on paper towel and serve.
