Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean hamburger Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 dsh garlic pwdr
- 6 ounce bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 6 ounce jar grape jelly
Directions
- Mix hamburger and seasoning; form into walnut size balls. In saucepan, combine chili sauce and jelly; heat till well blended.
- Drop hamburger balls, one at a time, into sauce and cook slowly till sauce thickens, about 45 min. Serve in chafing dish. Sauce may be used with other meats.
