Christmas Pudding (Viv) Recipe

• 2 c. raw finely grated carrots
• 2 c. raw grated potatoes
• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 c. white sugar
• 1 1/2 c. seedless raisins
• 1 c. currants
• 1 1/2 c. minced suet
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp baking soda A few minced cherries if you like
