  1. In saucepan, add in lowfat milk, sugar, butter and cocoa. Cook over medium heat till comes to boil. Turn on low heat, cook till fudge can make a little ball in a cold cup of water. Remove from heat and mix peanut butter and powdered sugar till creamy. Use electric beater. Then fold in nuts. Pour into 9x13 buttered baking pan.
