Directions

  1. Bone and skin chicken breasts. Cut into bite-size strips. Blend soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and garlic together. Add in chicken and let sit at room temperature for 30 min.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet or possibly wok, rotating to spread proportionately. Add in the chicken, onions, mushrooms and snow peas. Saute/fry for about 5 min, stirring constantly, till chicken is tender and the vegetables are crisp. Serves 4.
