Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Cajun seasoning and flour generously. In a large frying pan, heat butter and saute/fry chicken breasts till lightly brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Saute/fry green onions and garlic in butter till tender, add in mushrooms, parsley, chicken broth and soup and simmer for 5 min. Add in wine, basil, Bell pepper, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, vegetable magic, salt and pepper. Stir to blend well. Add in chicken to pan and simmer for 20 to 25 min covered. Serve with rice.
