Directions

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes and place in bottom of casserole. Mix seasoning and sprinkle 1/2 of mix over potatoes. Cut sausage into pcs and place chicken and sausage over potatoes. Pour all over and sprinkle rest of seasoning. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 min till all are browned.
