Ingredients
- 3 pcs pork or possibly chicken sliced lengthwise
- 1 med. onion sliced thin
- 4 celery stalks cut diagonal
- 1/2 pound bean sprouts
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1 can bamboo shoots, sliced lengthwise
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1 tbsp. starch in 2 c. chicken broth
- 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Dry noodles
Directions
- Saute/fry pork in 3 tbsp. oil. Add in onions and mushrooms, cook rapidly over high heat. Fold in bamboo shoots, bean sprouts and celery. Stir. Cook for 2 min. Add in soy sauce, salt, if necessary and pepper. Add in chicken stock mix. Cook till thick. Serve over dry noodles.
