  1. Fry meat slowly in a little butter till tender. Add in celery, onions and 1/2 c. warm water and cook till tender. Add in sprouts and water chestnuts, cook several min till heated thoroughly. Add in sauce, thicken mix with a little flour. Remove from heat, serve over chow mein noodles over rice.
