Directions

  1. Combine cherimoyas, peaches and lowfat sour cream in a blender. Puree. Add in remaining ingredients, except mint, and blend until very smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigeratethoroughly for at least two hrs. Ladle into chilled bowls. Garnish with mint and serve.
  3. Serves8.
