  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (16 oz. bag) cut green beans
  • 1 medium red pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10.25 oz.) cream of celery
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on medium for 3 hours.
