Directions

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and graham crackers together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, marshmallows, vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, Irish cream and creme de menthe.
  5. Spread over the crust.
  6. Topping: Mix cool whip, dinner mints and green food coloring.
  7. Spread over the filling layer.
  8. Decorate.
