Ingredients
- 125 gm macaroni
- 30 gm butter
- 2 x rounded tbs plain flour
- 500 ml lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 250 gm frzn spinach, thawed, liquid removed or possibly fresh (5 leaves / blanched 1 minutes)
- 1/2 c. grated cheese, extra
- 1 x salt & pepper
Directions
- Cook & drain pasta. Heat butter in pan, stir in flour, stir over heat till bubbling. Remove from heat, gradually stir in lowfat milk, stir over heat till sauce boils & thickens, stir in cheese, spinach, pasta, salt & pepper. Pour mix into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake in mod oven. 30 mins.
