Ingredients
- 1 pch Ricotta cheese
- 7 ounce Sugar
- 1/3 c. Candied fruit, small dice
- 1/3 c. Miniature chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 20 x Cannoli shells Powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip. Mix in remaining ingredients. Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and chill at least 2 hrs before piping into shells. Fill shells only at time of service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy). Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
