- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1/2 c. AM Bulgur Wheat
- 1/2 c. Minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Chicken broth Seasoning pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Non-alum baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. AM Garbanzo Flour mixed with...
- 1/2 c. Cool water
Directions
- Add in bulghur and onion to boiling water. Stir, cover, and simmer until water is absorbed (5 - 10 min). Add in remaining ingredients. Shape into patties on warm, oiled griddle. Brown on both sides.
