Directions

  1. Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
  2. Place Brussels sprouts in a shallow 2-qt casserole and keep hot. Heat butter in saucepan; add in mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery salt. Beat with a wire whisk till smooth; cook over medium heat till warm, stirring constantly (don't boil). Pour sauce over Brussels sprouts; sprinkle with cheese and almonds.
  3. Serves 6.
