  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x9x2 inch pan. Heat butter in 2-qt saucepan; remove from heat. Fold in cocoa, sugar and Large eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except topping. Spread in pan. Bake 23 min.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare topping: Heat butter in 1-qt saucepan; remove from heat. Fold in sugar, Large eggs and egg yolk. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Immediately pour topping over brownies; spread proportionately. Bake about 18 min longer or possibly till hard; cold. Cut into 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 inch bars.
