  • 4 x 6 ounce halibut, steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt pepper
  • 1 lb fine green beans, blanched
  • 2 can whole plum tomato, liquid removed, and, seeded
  • 1 med red onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Bengali spice, mix
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. mango, chutney salt pepper

Directions

  1. Saute/fry salted halibut in extra virgin olive oil so which it is golden on both sides.
  2. In a separate pan combine 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil, Bengali spice mix, red onion, red wine vinegar, tomatoes and salt and pepper.
  3. Add in chutney and mix. Add in 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil and green beans.
  4. Spoon mix onto plate, and place halibut on top.
