Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crabmeat
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning or possibly
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Place crabmeat in mixing bowl. Add in seafood seasoning or possibly dry mustard, lemon juice, parsley and Large eggs; stir gently to combine. Form into medium sized cakes, place in lightly buttered flat pan. Broil till golden on both sides.
