- 3 c. cauliflower and broccoli, combined
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Simmer vegetables and seasonings 15-20 min or possibly till tender. Add in lowfat milk to flour. Add in to vegetables. Add in cheese.
