Broccoli And Sausage Casserole (Repaired) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage links, cut into small pcs
  • 1 pkt Frzn, (10 ounce.) minced broccoli
  • 1/4 c. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 3 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, (10 ounce.) undiluted
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Melted margarine warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. Cook sausage till brown; drain. Cook broccoli; drain well. Place broccoli in a lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casse- role. Combine sausage, cheese, peppers, onions, parsley and flour in a medium bowl. Spoon half of sausage mix over broccoli in casserole. Top sausage mix with egg slices.
  2. Spoon remaining sausage over Large eggs. Combine soup and lowfat milk. Pour over casserole. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprin- kle over casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Serve over warm rice or possibly with rice.
