Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Bulk sausage
- 1 can Cream corn
- 1 can Whole kernel corn
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Suguar
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 x Butter, melted
- 12 x Crackers, (ritz) crushed
Directions
- Well; beat Large eggs. Add in sausage, corn, sugar, flour, lowfat milk, and dash of pepper.
- Mix well; pour into casserole dish. Sprink crackers and butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min.
