Directions

  1. Heat butter in an ovenproof skillet; add in oion and saute/fry till tender. Add in rice, broth, salt and pepper, bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Bake, covered at 350 for 20 min or possibly till broth is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir with a fork and serve.
  3. This recipe yields 10 servings.
