Ingredients
- 1Â 3/4 c. Cake flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar, plus 1 Tbsp.
- 1 x Egg
- 1 dsh Vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Table salt
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts, or possibly more to taste
- 1/2 c. Chocolate chips, or possibly more to taste
- 1/2 c. Raisins, or possibly more to taste
Directions
- Mix the flour and baking soda by sifting (twice), then set the mix aside. In a bowl, mix the margarine and brown sugar till fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla. Mix the flour and baking soda into the batter. Add in the rest of the ingredients (walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins) and mix lightly. Drop from a tsp. onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 320F for 15 to 20 minutes.
