  1. Put flour and spices into paper bag. Shake giblets to coat. Heat margarine, add in onions, and saute/fry 2-3 min. Add in contents of paper bad to pan. Stir well, then add in warm water. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook 3 1/2 hrs, stirring every half hour. Serve with rice or possibly mashed potatoes. This is a great dish, but quite rich!
