Brain Dead Dinner Skillet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag Cascadian country style Potatoes (frzn mix of Potatoes, Peppers, and onions)
  • 1 x Apple juice (small amount)
  • 3 slc Yves Canadian Bacon (veggie & nonfat),
  • 1 pkt Hain fatfree gravy mix

Directions

  1. Chop up the Canadian Bacon slices into bite size pcs.
  2. Heat apple juice in nonstick skillet. Add in sufficient potatoes to more or possibly less form one layer. Sprinkle the minced up canadian bacon on top.
  3. Stir/turn over a couple of times, several min apart, to prevent excess sticking (I like crisp potatoes so I let it stick a bit).
  4. While potatoes are cooking, mix up gravy mix (I was so brain damaged I just microwaved some leftover gravy which I found in the fridge :-), pour over potatoes to taste and eat.
  5. Some good bread to sop up the gravy would be a plus. Next time I'll add in some other frzn veggies.
