Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb all-purpose potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 lrg red and/or possibly green bell peppers minced
- 1 env Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
Directions
- In large bowl, combine potatoes, peppers, and onion soup mix till proportionately coated.
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook potato mix, covered, stirring occasionally, 12 min. Remove cover and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 10 min or possibly till potatoes are tender.
