Ingredients
- 1 lb Bologna
- 8 c. Shredded cabbage
- 4 x Potatoes cut into 1/2" slices
- 4 x Carrots, sliced
- 2/3 c. Beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cover and cook 1 hour on low heat on stove or possibly in (350F) oven. Uncover and cook 40 min more or possibly till potatoes and carrots are tender.
