Ingredients

  • 6 ounce tomato juice
  • 4 ounce beef bouillon
  • 2 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp warm sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Emeril's Essence see * Note
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice Freshly-grnd black pepper to garnish Celery sticks or possibly pickled okra to garnish

Directions

  1. In a small pitcher or possibly bowl combine tomato juice, bouillon, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, warm sauce, Essence, celery salt, lime juice, and lemon juice and stir to blend well. Divide the mix between two highball glasses containing ice, and garnish with black pepper and celery or possibly okra.
  2. This recipe yields 2 cocktails.
