- 8 ounce uncooked spaghetti
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion

Directions
- Break spaghetti in half and cook till al dente. Drain. While spaghetti is hot, mix with Parmesan cheese and Large eggs. Press spaghetti into bottom and up sides of a well greased 10 inch pie plate.
- Saute/fry onion in margarine. Mix with lowfat sour cream and spread over crust.
- Brown sausage and drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 min. Spoon over lowfat sour cream and "pie crust". Cover with foil and freeze.
- To serve: Thaw and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Put mozzarella cheese on top, continue baking until cheese melts.
- NOTES :***All "Prepare Ahead Meals" can be eaten immediately without prior freezing. I usually make a double batch and freeze one for future meals or possibly for covered dish events.
