Directions

  1. Cut pita bread in half. Spread with mayonnaise on both sides. Place sliced mushrooms on one side till covered. Then place a handful of cheese over mushrooms. Place in oven or possibly broiler till cheese is melted. Remove, place sliced tomatoes onto cheese, then add in sliced avocados, then sprouts, then put on the top of bread. Cut into quarters, place toothpicks into sandwich to hold in place with chips.
