Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Directions
- Put together chocolate chips and half and half, and butter in a saucepan. Place over medium heat, stirring till chocolate melts. Remove from heat, stirring till chocolate melts. Remove from heat, blend in powdered sugar. Set saucepan in ice and beat till frosting holds its shape. Yield: sufficient for 2 layers of sheet (3 cups). Makes a packaged cake mix wonderful!
