Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can chocolate syrup
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for cake. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cool cake.
- Boil first 3 ingredients for frosting for 60 seconds. Add in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread over cake.
