Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 large eggs
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon vanilla
Healthy pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients for cake. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cool cake.
Boil first 3 ingredients for frosting for 60 seconds. Add in chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread over cake.
