Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. low-fat plain kefir * see note 1 (yogurt drink)
- 1/2 c. grape juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 x banana
- 2Â 1/2 c. frzn blackberries strawberries and * see note 2
- Â Â raspberries
Directions
- *Note 1 - I use raspberry kefir
- *Note 2 - I eliminate the blackberries
- Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender. Add in the berries and blend till smooth. Strain or possibly put through sieve (note: I do not strain).
