  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon melted butter
  • Flat beer

Directions

  1. Mix Large eggs and butter and dry ingredients together. Add in beer till it makes a semi-thin batter. Dip fish in batter and fry.
