  • 1 to 2 lbs. beef tips or possibly other beef cut
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Cut beef up in bite-size pcs. Pour in can mushroom soup and package onion soup mix. Add in a can and a half of water. Put in pressure cooker and pressure 15 to 20 min, or possibly in covered pan over low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly bake in oven, covered, on 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or possibly toast.
