Directions

  1. Cook beef with diced onion till tender, drain; add in lowfat sour cream. Mix well. Fill crepe with beef mix, add in 1/2 c. lowfat milk with cream of mushroom soup, mix well and pour over crepe. Put in oven till top bubbles and serve at once.
