Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Chocolate-Peanut Graham Cracker Crust
  • 32 ounce Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 c. Semisweet Chocolate Chips finely minced
  • 1 c. Chocolate Fudge Syrup Or possibly Topping
  • 1/2 c. Blanched Peanuts corsely minced
  • 4 x Reese's Peanut Butter C. cut in halves

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese, Large eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed till smooth and satiny. Pour half into the prepared graham cracker crust. Add in the finely grnd chocolate chips to the remaining mix and blend well. Pour on top of the first mix already in the crust. Bake for 50 min. Remove from the oven and cold. Pour the chocolate fudge sauce over the top. Place the cut peanut butter c. on edge in the sauce spaced proportionately around the cheesecake. Sprinkle with minced peanuts. Chill for 10 -12 hrs before serving.
