Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. minced pepper
- 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely minced dry beef
Directions
- Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. Add in mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Add in peppers, parsley and onions. Refrigeratetill fine. On wax paper, shape into roll or possibly ball. Roll in dry beef. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6 to 8.
