Ingredients
- 2 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 c. cooked kidney beans (optional)
- Dash of soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. minced green onion
- 2 tbsp. minced green olives
- Salt to taste, pepper
- 1/2 c. French dressing
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Wash the bean sprouts; pour the French dressing on the sprouts and let set 1 hour. Drain. Mix with all the other ingredients and serve cool. This is good and nice when you haven't any lettuce!
