A delicious combination of BBQ pulled Beef and Beans., Usually I make enough for a 5 Gallon Pail. The Problem of working in a kitchen
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Pulled Beef or Cubed Beef
- 1/2 Cup Black Beans
- 1 Cup Kidney beans
- 1 Clove garlic Minced
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Onion- Small Dice
- 3 Stalks Celery-small dice
- 1 Carrot- Diced- Optional ( I personally like the extra Color)
- 1/2 Cup or more Bold BBQ Or a Personal Favorite
- 1 Tsp Hickory Smoke
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne- Optional
- 1/4 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to Taste
Directions
- Sautee your Vegetables in the Olive oil. til Tender add the beef broth and remaining ingredients except the Beef. Let Simmer for at least half a hour til the flavors are blended. Add the Chopped Beef. Let heat another 15 Minutes.
