Directions

  1. To make meatballs, combine all ingredients (mix will be soft) and shape into small balls. Place meatballs in a single layer on wax paper-lined cookie sheets; freeze till solid. Store frzn meatballs in freezer bags till ready to cook.
  2. To make sauce, combine all ingredients and stir till sugar is dissolved. Place frzn meatballs in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan; pour on the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 80 meatballs.
  3. This is my most requested recipe at potluck suppers.
