- Bananas Lettuce leaves Cottage cheese Crushed Strawberries Lowfat sour cream Minced nuts Whole strawberries
Directions
- For each serving: Cut banana lengthwise, arrange cut side up on a lettuce leaf.Top with 2 small scoops of cottage cheese.Spoon over some crushed strawberries, then place a generous dollop of lowfat sour cream over which. Sprinkle with some minced nuts and garnish with a few whole strawberries.
