Directions

  1. Mix together sugar and flour in large saucepan till smooth. Add in part of lowfat milk. Add in large eggs and mix till smooth. Add in remaining lowfat milk and vanilla. Boil till medium thickness. Line serving dish with vanilla wafers and bananas. Pour part of mix on top. Top which with another layer cookies and bananas. Pour part of mix on top and so on. Refrigerate and serve.
