Directions

  1. Mash bananas. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Cut in lard. Make dough with mashed bananas and flour mix. Roll out on floured pastry board. Cut into 2 1/2" rounds. Prick tops of rounds with fork and place on greased, floured tin sheet. Bake in warm oven for 10 min.
