Banana And Almond Cream Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Heavy Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Almond Flavored, (Or possibly Other) Liqueur
  • 1 x Frzn Lb. Cake, (Thawed), Cut Into Three Layers, Lengthwise
  • 2 med -Ripe Bananas, ,Peeled And Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds, Or possibly Minced Nuts

Directions

  1. In medium bowl beat cream and liqueur till soft peaks form. Place bottom layer of lb. cake on serving platter. Spread 1/3 of cream mix on layer; top with half the banana slices. Repeat with remaining layers, ending with whipped cream. Sprinkle with almonds.
