  1. 1. In a deep, 1 1/2-qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, heat 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add in celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Combine remaining ingredients except 1/3 c. chow mein noodles with vegetablesm Blend well. Top with 1/3 c. of chow mein noodles. Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 min or possibly till sauce bubbles.
