Ingredients
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 x (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 dsh Tobasco Sauce
- 1 x (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 c. cashews
Directions
- MethodSaute' onion and celery in margarine. Add in soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, Tobasco sauce and chicken. In casserole dish, place the cooked rice. Cover with chicken mix. Top with chow mein noodles and cashews. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
