Directions

  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  2. Place ribs in a baking dish place the crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, red wine, garlic, carrots and seasonings on top of the ribs.
  3. Place aluminum foil over the pan and poke holes in it. Bake in the oven until the ribs are tender. This will take about 2-3 hours.

      I love this recipe, Catherine. It's exactly (except I've not used the Cajun Seasoning; I use Greek, but will try the Cajun) the same recipe I use for short ribs of beef done in a crockpot. Your presentation and photo is on point as well. Thank you, as always, for sharing.
